CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course, items must arrive back at our Return Center within 10 business days of delivery date for refund. Once your return is received, we will refund the item(s) onto the original credit card that was used. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
There is a flat fee of $5 for any domestic return label processed. This charge will be deducted from your refund total. In the unfortunate event you are returning a damage/defect, please email a picture to void the $5 fee. International customers are responsible for all shipping fees to return product.
Merchandise may not be worn, washed or altered. Merchandise must contain all original vendor tags to be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.
Sale items, jewelry, hair accessories/hats, socks, intimates (bodysuits + swimsuits) are final sale.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
If you would like to exchange for different size and/or color, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.
WHAT IF IT IS PAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS?
If 10 business days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. Items that are postmarked within 15 business days will receive an online credit.
