CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Of course, items must arrive back at our return center within 10 business days of delivery date for refund or exchange. Once your return is received, we will refund the item(s) onto the original credit card that was used. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Merchandise may not be worn, washed or altered. Merchandise must contain all original vendor tags to be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and we do have the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet any of the above requirements.

If you would like to exchange for different size and/or color, please place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

Sale items, jewelry, hair accessories/hats, socks, intimates (bodysuits + swimsuits) are final sale. 

WHAT IF IT IS PAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS?

If 10 business days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
